John Lennon

When Lennon was young, he was a choir boy at St. Peter's church. Similarly, St. Joseph's church in Beal City consists of a large choir, and is mostly made up of my own relatives.

Paul McCartney

McCartney has a record of 29 #1 hits with The Beatles, The Wings, and solo. Similarly, the Beal City football team holds a state record for the most playoff appearances in school history, with 32. 

George Harrison

Ringo Starr

As The Beatles consist of four members, Beal City similarly consists of four corners. Including a few businesses and an intersection of two roads, this is how the "four corners of Beal City" are formed. 4 musicians = 1 band. 1 intersection = 4 corners. Going along with the "4" idea, this website features four themes, which are history, theory, personal and pop culture. Also, The Beatles first performed in the United States in 1964. The Beal City Aggies football team won its first state championship title in 1994, the Beal City Girls' cross country team won its second consecutive state championship title in 2014 and the boy's cross country team won its first-ever state title in cross country in 2014 as well.

A well known symbol of Beal City is the blue star on the football teams' helmets, which relates back to Starr, the Beatles' drummer. 

Going along with the school colors of Beal City, which are royal blue and white, Harrison wrote a song called "Deep Blue."
